Terrific, you've purchased an Awning...
1. Orders are entered daily with the factory.
2. You will receive an email notification when your order is placed, and we encourage you to review the order
for accuracy.
3. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
4. Most products will ship directly to our warehouse, unless otherwise requested.
5. Once it is received, you will be contacted within a few days with an installation schedule.
The wait is over, it is time to install your Awning...
1. Scheduling the installation will not happen until after the awning has been delivered.
2. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot set an exact time for the installation.
3. Installers will work in light rain, if more severe weather, the installation will be rescheduled.
4. Installers are asked to contact you prior to their arrival
5. We ask that you are present during the installation and that you have removed any furniture that may be in the
way for its own protection
6. Our team will have you inspect the awning and teach you how it works. You will be asked to sign off that you
have had the installation, and it meets with your approval.
7. All balance due amounts will be processed after the installation. It will show A1 Seamless Gutters.
You are now an Awning owner...
1. Warranty: during the first year after you purchase the awning parts and labor will be covered, as well as
general adjustments.
2. Not sure how to do something? You can find many helpful videos online.
3. Parts can be purchased directly from SunSetter at 1-800-670-7071 and shipped to your home. They have all
your information and warranty. You can contact us to service or install if you would like.
4. After one year, service fees will apply.
